Account History
Use the Account History page to review the activity that has taken place in your account.
This display-only page provides the date and time, user name, and a description of the actions taken in the time period that you specify. Actions that may appear on this page include:
- Logged In
- Logged Out
- Reset Password
- Email Notification Change
Note: You may also occasionally see actions listed on this page that were performed by an Administrator. For example, you may see a reference to the Stop Paper Statements or Notification Settings pages. Please contact your Ceridian My Records Administrator if you have questions about these actions.
You can also download your account history information to your computer.

Search results
Top
After you enter search criteria, the Account History Details section appears at the bottom of the page and displays all results that match your search criteria.
This section displays the following information for each result found in the search:
- Date (EST)
- Who
- Description

- To sort the search results information that appears in the Account History Details section of the page, click the desired column heading. Each time you click the column heading, the sort order reverses.
- If there is more than one page of results, on the bottom of the page, click the desired page number in the
field to navigate to that page to view additional results.
Recent account history information
You can also view your account activity for the last seven days on the Home page. When you click the Account History link on the Home page, the bottom portion of the page displays the your most recent activity. The information includes the date and time, user name, and a description of the activity. This is a display-only view and you can't select the timeframe or sort the view.

To view account history information
Top
- Navigate to the Account History page.
How?
On the navigation panel, click My Account
Account History.
- In the From Date field, enter or select the beginning date of the account activity you want to review.
- In the To Date field, enter or select the ending date of the account activity you want to review.
Note: For checks, you can enter a future ending date up to 45 days in advance of the current date.
- Click Search.
On the bottom of the page, the Account History Details section appears with the account activity for the specified time period.
- If there is more than one page of results, click the desired page number in the
field to navigate to that page to view additional results.
- If you want to display information for a different time period, click Reset and repeat this process.
To download account history information

- Navigate to the Account History page.
How?
On the navigation panel, click My Account
Account History.

In the From Date field, enter or select the beginning date of the account activity you want to review.
- In the To Date field, enter or select the ending date of the account activity you want to review.
- Click Search.
On the bottom of the page, the Account History Details section appears with the account activity for the specified time period.
- Click Download as CSV.
- The internet browser you use determines the download process.
If you use... This occurs... Microsoft® Windows® Internet Explorer® version 11 A message appears at the bottom of the page asking if you want to open or save the document. Click:
- Open to open the document in a separate window.
- Save to save the document to the Downloads folder on your computer.
- Save as to browse the hard drive on your computer and choose the location you want to save the document to.
- Save and open to open the report in a separate window and to save it in the Downloads folder on your computer.
Note: Although Ceridian My Records supports Microsoft® Internet Explorer® version 11, for a better user experience, Ceridian recommends using either Mozilla® Firefox® or Google® Chrome®.
Google® Chrome® The document is saved to the Downloads folder on your computer. Your browser settings determine if the document automatically opens or if you open the document from the Downloads folder. Mozilla® Firefox® A window appears. Do this:
- Click one of the following:
- Open with to open the document with Adobe® Acrobat® before you save it to your computer.
Note: You can also select Other... in the drop-down list and select a different application to use to open the document.
- Save File to save the document directly to your computer without opening it. My Records saves the document to the Download folder on your computer.
- Open with to open the document with Adobe® Acrobat® before you save it to your computer.
- If you want My Records to use the same option (Open or Save File) that you selected for this document for all other documents you download, select the Do this automatically for files like this from now on. check box.
- Click OK.
Note: After the download is complete, you can print the document at any time.
